Hallo zusammen,

Seit einigen Tagen versuche ich mich als CAD Neuling in Fusion 360 einzuarbeiten.

Fleissig youtube schauen (deutscher und englischer Kurs) und viele andere nützliche Videos.

 

Einfache Dinge sind auch relativ schnell konstruiert. Die Handhabung von Fusion 360 erscheint mir gut

Werden die Anforderung jedoch etwas höher, wird´s frustrierend. Wahrscheinlich völlig normal und und Ausdauer scheint gefragt zu sein.

Und hier setzen meine Gedanken an.

 

Es wird viel über verschiedene 3D Softwareprogramme veröffentlicht und ich bin überzeugt, das Fusion 360 ein wirklich gute und mächtige Software ist, jedoch kommen sicher hier viele Anfänger wie ich nicht richtig weiter und hören wahrscheinlich wieder auf, nur weil Ihnen eventuell einige Kleinigkeiten an Informationen fehlen.

  

Konkreter Sachverhalt:

Ich versuche einen parametrischen Ring (Schmuckbereich) zu zeichnen, welcher einen veänderbaren Querschnitt aufweist.

Das Profil wurde entlang einer Achse um 360 Grad gedreht. Kein Problem

Um eine Änderung der Ringweite (Radius vom Achsenmittelpunkt zur Innenfläche des Ringes) zu gewährleisten, sind Abhängigkeiten vorhanden.

Verändert man den Radius zum Achsmittelpunkt verhält sich der Ring so wie es gewünscht ist.

Alles gut und funktioniert tadellos.

 

Jetzt wird´s tricky:

Auf der Aussensseite des Ringes sind Brillanten eingefasst (gebohrte Löcher rundum gesetzt via "runder Anordnung"), auf welche nach dem Verändern der Ringweite oder der Materialstärke des Ringes, einmal mehr oder weniger Brillanten (Bohrlöcher) passen.

Mathematisch eigentlich ganz einfach.

Jedoch scheitere ich bereits bei dem Versuch den Steindurchmesser oder Bohrungsdurchmesser in eine Abhängigkeit vom Aussendurchmesser (sprich die Länge der Strecke auf welche die Brillanten oder Bohrlöcher verteilt werden) des Ringes zu bekommen.

 

Ich habe schon einige Tutorials zu Parametrik in deutsch und englisch angeschaut, komme aber einfach nicht weiter.

Zudem erschließt es sich mir nicht, ob ich auch Abhängigkeiten über verschiedene Ebenen oder Achsen erstellen kann.

Frage: ist es möglich solche Abhängigkeiten wie beschrieben zu schaffen?

 

Noch ein Wunsch:

Kann Autodesk zu den vielen Fragen, welche es hier gibt einige Videos erstellen, um die Leistungsfähigkeit von F360 besser zu verstehen?

Könntest du dein Design per Publich Link / Öffentlicher Verknüpfung mit uns teilen?

Vielleicht wäre ein Screencast auch gu um besser zu Verstehen was das Endziel Parametrik bewirken soll.

Ups ich dachte der Screencast wäre schon mit hochgeladen worden.

Ich hoffe, dass Du mir folgen kannst.

Und jetzt wird es dann aber interessant ... und wenn sich so etwas mit F360 umsetzen läßt dann habe ich noch eine ganz andere Idee für F360.

 

 

Die Vorgehensweise beim Schmuckringen ist in der Regel:

"von innen nach aussen und beginne mit dem Stein zuerst"

Das bedeutet.

Ich habe z.B. einen Edelstein (runder Brillant ist als Beispiel am einfachsten) mit veränderbaren Maßen:

 

Durchmesser dSt = 3,0mm

Höhe hSt = Durchmesser * 0,6 (bei Brillanten ist dies die optimale Proportion, man könnte aber auch einen Wert direkt eingeben)

Ringweite RW = 54 (das bedeutet 54,0mm und ist der innen Umfang des Ringes. Dies lässt sich ja sehr gut mit Abhängigkeiten steuern.

 

Alles weitere definiert sich über Abhängigkeiten, wie:

min Ringstärke = hSt + 0,4mm (also die Höhe des Ringes)

min Ringbreite = dSt + 0,8mm (für die 0,8mm könnte ebenfalls noch eine Variable verwendet werde, je nach dem welches Profil man nutzen will, aber ich will es jetzt nicht auf die Spitze treiben)

Bohrlochdurchmesser = dSt - 0,5mm

Einstichbreite = dSt +0,1mm

Abstand zwischen den Steinen aSt = dST + 0,1mm

max Steinanzahl = (((RW / 3,141 + (2 x Ringstärke)) x 3,141) / (dSt + aSt)  ist das Ergebnis dann keine glatte Zahl, dann wird grundsätzlich auf abgerundet

usw. das Ganze kann man noch ziemlich erweitern und so sehr elegant und effektiv arbeiten.

 

Ich hoffe, dass dies jemand nachvollziehen kann, welche Anforderung ich an F360 habe.

 

Via Add In wäre sicher eine elegante Art die Anforderung zu lösen, ähnlich der Zahnrad Add In von F360.

Aber dann muss ich mich noch in Phyton hinein knien und da wird es dann schätzungsweise scheitern.

Gibt es eigentlich Leute die solch ein AddIn programmieren; gegen kleines Geld?

Vielen Dank für den Screencast, das war sehr hilfreich.

Die Parametrik lässt sich ohne Probleme einstellen, so dass du nur noch die Anzahl der Steine ändern musst.

Wenn du dies jedoch weiter automatisieren möchtest geht kein weg an einm kleinem Programm vorbei:

 

Das könnte man mit einem einfachen If / Else If script hin bekommen.

 

Vielleicht kann dir der Link hier weiter helfen.

 

Falls du etwas Hilfe brauchst könntest du deine Frage im englischen API Forum stellen.

also ich habe das mal probiert.

(weil ich schon was Ähnliches mit Löchern in Holzschalen hatte, und dachte das ging doch ein Circular Pattern zu "errechnen". Eventuell habe ich aber noch nicht ganz dein Problem erkannt und zu stark vereinfacht )

 

Ich bin wie folgt vorgegangen:

 

1)  definiert UserParameter:

5 Features:

1. Sketch_ring:  in xy-Ebene  2 Kreisen zum Zentrum:   D_innen = RW / 3.141   abstand = Ringstärke

2. Extrude_ring:  symetrisch  zur Ebene  mit Ringbreite   

3. Sketch_loch:  in yz-Ebene 1 Kreis im Zentrum mit dSt

4. Extrude_loch:  eine Richtung duchgehend

5. C-Pattern_loch:  Pattern type: Feature  Extrude_loch - auf z Achse mit maxSt Anzahl

 Das war es schon - natürlich fehlen da noch die "Feinheiten"  wie Fasen und Einstiche usw ....

Hallo Michael,

vielen Dank, Du hast mein Problem genau erkannt.

Mit geht es in erster Linie darum, ob Fusion diese Anforderung erfüllen kann. Und das scheint es zu können.

Das war mir das Wichtigste, denn sonst macht es keinen Sinn mich weiter in F360 einzuarbeiten.

Feinarbeit bzw Feinschliff und die Detailversessenheit kommen nun an die Reihe.

 

In Rhino, Rhino Gold, Matrix ect. sind solche Funktionen ja schon enthalten, jedoch geht es mir um die reine technische Anwendung mit Focus auf die Herstellung (Fräsen, Drehen, Parametrik) und hier scheint F360 ganz gut im Wasser zu liegen, auch wenn die Inventor Nutzer etwas von oben herab auf F360 lächelnd herabblicken bzgl. Performance.

Aber man muss ja nicht mit dem Ferrari Brötchen holen gehen.

 

Deine Ausführungen haben mir sehr geholfen und nochmals danke dafür.
