I should have added that makes the bodies first then make them as components after I model everything.

dont do it that way ever do it straight out as a component, if you keep the sketch and body togetter in a component, you can just insert it to a sketch that you have already done then if there is a mistake in it all you will need to do is fix the master file then any instance you have of it will update, other wise you will have to delete it in every file you have put it in.

 

also you will wont to model a vice's on the table that works the vices will need to be a sub component. it is the one best practise there is at this time that will not change.

 

it's just a better idea than converting a model you lose to much ablity to change stuff. all the other higher than me fusion members do it this way.they can't be all wrong sinces ADSK did give them A reward.
