yellow highlight

What does the yellow highlight in the history mean?  What do the 3 bars above an icon mean.  See screen shot attached.

A yellow highlighting a warning. IN this case something went wrong with the extrusion. If you right-click on the icon there should be a menu entry to show the error message again.

The three little bars mean the this extrusion belongs to the component, which is the cube object in the timeline.
