Hallo,

I have adjusted the position of a component in space. For the export but the orientation of the component is used. How can I change this?

Thanks

Did you save the design before exporting to Repetier Host ?

That might be the reasion.

Also, making components from bodies can be done as in your case, but it's not a good practice.

If you add any other parts to your design, you are better off following Fusion 360 R.U.L.E #1: Before doing anything, create a component and make sure it's activated.

  1. All objects created after activation such as sketches, bodies, construction geometry etc. are created in that component.
  2. When activating a component the timeline will be filtered to show only this itmes that pertain to that component, which wil working with a multi part design with a long timeline much easier.

Hi @thomasdr1,

You results are determined by what you select in the 3D print command.  If you pick just one body in the graphics area, Fusion will assume you want to print that in isolation.  Try, instead, selecting the entire design, by clicking in the component browser:

This seemed to give the right results for me, using Cura.  Let us know if this does not help.

Hello, the design was saved.
Even if I create a new component and then insert, reserves the component are original orientation.
