Why won't this sketch move?

Hello, I am trying to move the attached sketch but it wont, for some reason. What am I doing wrong? I've tried free move and point to position, but it never actually moves the part. Just trying to rotate the part 90 degrees and move it so XY is top left corner of part. Thanks for your help!

You need to delete the coincident constraint.
