Question about free version of Fusion 360

Hi, to be honest I am quite  confused. After reading all of terms of use I am not able to say, am I right to use it for free or not? I am just planning to broaden my experience about Fusion 360.

May I ask? Her is my situation:

1. I am manufacturing engineer. I am working as designer, I am already using Autodesk products.

2. I have interest about other CAD solutions, but there is one big but, trials are not good for me. Sometimes I cannot predict, what free time I will have, I am busy men. So sometimes, I did some trials but, sometimes, you must work more and also free time is out of question. So many trials were wasted. It will be better for me to try something with longer period. I am planning to use Fusion 360 at my home, just for learning.

3. As employee I had questions about other CAD solution, but I cannot tell too much about other autodesk solutions to my employer. Yes you can see something from presentations but personal experience is greater than anything else.

4. So what is the option for me? Can I use something longer than 30 day trial?

I think if you are not specifically using Fusion for business that earns you (or the company) more than $100,000/year, you are perfectly entitled to use the free hobbyist license, especially if you are just tinkering with it at home to evaluate it for commercial use.  You could even get your own personal hobbyist license to evaluate it, and then if you decide to use it for work you could get a separate paid commercial license for the company.  That way if you ever leave the company they will still have access to all their data and you still have your own hobbyist version to play with.
