Hello everyone!

I have a problem!!! As we all do sometimes!
I do not understand why this will not close? I have re done many time with no joy! Could some one help? I have been reading all other topics with no joy. I am trying to make a bracket for my bike!!

It is so frustrating, it seems like a bug to be fair...!

I have added the file, it is the one on the X axis (top view)

Let me know if some one can help, I would like to know if I am done something wrong!

Thanks!

It is pretty obvious one side is not completed but the other side is not entirely on the sketch plane.  Place a window around the sketch, while editing, right click and select Move to Sketch Plane.

I will use this command for all our beloved SketchUp users that sends us dxf with multiple lines on top of other lines

@dellasshop

If this were my design the first thing I would have done is move the Canvas such that the Origin is at a logical location.

Then I would use basic sketch tools like Ellipse and Slot to start sketching the geometry...

My sketch would be black (fully defined) rather than blue (undefined).

Of course, the actual part would need to be measured with calipers for the dimensions as there is a lot of parallax error in the image.

Blue curves and white dots should keep you awake at night...
