Why is my last sketch not defined?

Also, let me know that is there any quick tool that could point out what entities are still undefined?(other than color change or dragging them).

You are missing the indicated dimension or a Sketch Constrain to place the midpoint of the center line to the Origin.

 

The Text Command you are looking for is Sketch.ShowUnderconstrained.

Where do I need to write this command and will it highlight the points that still need dimensioning?

The Screen Capture shows all.  I will remind you that mine says "Hide Text Commands" because I have my Text Command box open, it is a toggle.  As far as highlighting unconstrained entities on the screen, the answer is probably, try it out for yourself to see.
