Why Is Design Not Changing

I have designed an enclosure for an electronics assembly. When doing the final assembly drawing I noticed that the boards are not centered vertically, they are about 27 mils too high. 

This assembly was made from components. The board on the left was imported, its holes projected to a sketch then used to cut the lid. Then the fasteners and boards were joined to the center of the holes. So, there's a lot of stuff hanging on these holes.

I have tried to move the holes in the lid to no effect. Then I tried to bump the board up to no effect. 

How can I use Fusion 360 to see what needs to be changed in order to see this issue corrected? Obviously something is constraining the movement. Ideally I would have started by positioning the board exactly in the middle of the lid, but I could not see how to do that.

Any help appreciated. Here's hoping I don't have to start from scratch...

this is difficult to impossible to answer without having access to the design.

I'd love to. The tool won't let me. I'm behind a DoD firewall but got Fusion to work by specifying proxies and running the new proxy options using instructions provided by Nathan in support. However, when I try to share a design it gives me a screen with no url and no choices... If you have any suggestions as to how to fix this one please let me know, as soon as I can share the design I will!

You can also export your design as a .f3d file provided it does not contain linked components.

It's all linked assemblies, particularly the PC boards which were exported from the PC board design tool.

I will work with Nathan to get the link going, we need that functionality. When I can share the design I will reply again.

For sharing would it work to create a copy of the project, then break the links for sub components then you can export the archive file?

@Anonymous Can you access the design in the dashboard in an internet browser and get a share link that way. This link should get you to your dashboard. https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/all_projects/active

After copying and breaking almost all the links some McMaster screws say that "the selected instance has some essential dependent instances. Break Link is currently not supported!" Trust me, I didn't modify McMaster screws... Let's wait to get the link operational.
