Why I cant set Prescribed Translation?

I am trying event simulation for the first time. I am trying to use the prescribed translation constraint, as instructed by our professor. However, when I do so, the OK button cannot be clicked after I set everything up. What shall I do? Thanks!

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Can you ask your instructor to join this discussion?

That displacement looks excessive to me.

What other loads/constraints do you have?
