Why feature editing is not available

Hi Guys
I start working on a model and after making components from bodies I found that I cant edit any feature. Would I know why its not available???

You are in Direct Modeling (DM) in DM you don't have the same editing ability as you do when you are useing the timeline.

I am working in parametric mode not in direct modeling mode.

You are in direct modelling mode, so features can't be edited. If you want to edit existing features, you need to turn on the timeline, by right-clicking on the root component and activate "Capture design history". After that, any new features you create can be edited afterwards, but the features/operations you did while in direct modelling mode will disappear.

If you want to use the timeline, please ensure that capturing design history is enabled whenever you start a new design. The default for this can be found under Preferences/General/Design, where there is a drop-down list that lets you choose the default behaviour.

That's just the default setting. It can also be turned on or off on the fly, and you have turned it off, most likely without realizing it.
