Why does my post not align with the hole?

I'm making a case for a PCB and created standoffs for the PCB to mount to with a hole for a M2.5 mm screw to attach it. My sketch shows all 4 holes are aligned with the PCB but when I use Joint to align the PCB to the upper right support.  3 of the 4 support line up perfectly but one doesn't.  Any idea on what I did wrong?

When you placed that one hole, you forgot to select the edge of the round to center the placement of the hole.  Animate GIF will show this.
