Why cant I intersect these shapes

I try intersecting these two shapes and it wont let me click on the other one why is this? I can click on the other shapes. Thanks!

Can you attach the design? You can export by File>Export *.f3d/*.f3z file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply.

Here you go for some reason now it is allowing me to select them but not confirm. I must of did something when I tried to move them to there own seperate project. I just don't under stand this feature with the intersect/merge

That is weird I don't understand this feature its not working how I want it to. Is there any tutorials out there showing how to use this better? I have the free version but I doubt that is the reason because I can do it with other shapes. Thanks!

I am guessing you do not want Combine > Intersect, I think you want Combine > Cut and then Remove or hide the unwanted cut bodies.  See if the video is what you want.

My suggestion would be to fix the glaring issues in the timeline and then try again!

There should also probably not be any move- and position capture features in the timeline.

Yeah something like that where I can Remove the area where they touch. For some reason when I tried it, it never worked. I just had to do it another way.

Start from scratch!

You deleted the contents of these sketches and ignored the warnings that popped up.

Now the subsequent  extrude features are missing their inputs.
