Why can't I sketch on this plane?
The quick answer is because it's not flat. I think it's because your path arc in on one plane and the back face is made from a line at an angle, but hard to say for sure. Could you make it with the back face vertical then use draft to get the angle? Also can you use the Photo option on the toolbar to embed you pictures in the future please.
