Where's my model gone?

I've been designing a special box and lid over a couple of weeks. It needed several updates and I eventually saved  both parts as STLs and printed them. It wasn't quite right so today I decided to make the changes. I started Fusion and couldn't find my box. Other models that I printed around the same time as the box are there, but not my box. When I display My Recent Data, the box appears briefly and then disappears. It appears in the list for a second or so every time I display My Recent Data, and then disappears. Nothing happens if I click on it when it appears, so where is it, and how do I retrieve it? I really don't fancy starting from scratch again.

Try using the Dashboard in your internet browser to find it, from there you can use open in Fusion.

Link to Dashboard https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/all_projects/active

Edit. Another option, try clicking your name top right of Fusion screen and select work offline and see if the model shows up in the data panel. If it's there open it go back online and save.

I tried both methods - no joy.  If I double click it when it briefly appears, I get a message saying "Error: Failed to download from A360" click tor more information. The additional information just says error downloading - not exactly helpful.

This is pretty bad - it's supposed to be safe to have my models in the cloud. I've never lost one from my HD!

Hello,

Sorry you are having trouble with accessing your data. A couple questions:

1. Are you able to access other datasets?

2. Did this problem start happening recently with this dataset? Were you able to open it recently successfully?

3. Can you please send me your application log files? From Fusion find the Help menu ('?' icon in the top right)  and then select Diagnostic Log Files command. Please send the resulting zip file.

You can send the zip file directly to me at saurabh.akolkar@autodesk.com

I tried one other model which loaded fine. The last time I changed the one I now need was on 1st Dec. Its called CtlBox.

I've emailed the diagnostics file.
