Iam having the same issue. I see the constraints up top but not in my sketch pallete. Or maybe iam just being to picky lol hope iam not the only. Again I am very new to this as I am just learning basics
Your system is normal, constraints on top and palette in the red circle, older videos may not show this.
Might help....
For people new to Fusion, this might be more confusing having not been thru the UI change. So for anyone who finds the older tutorials, this short video will help you understand the "old" UI in the older videos, as it relates to the current UI.

*We are working to replace older tutorial videos, but given the amount of Fusion 360 video out there, and considering much of it is not owned by Autodesk, this translation guide will be essential for your understanding for the time being.
I understand you are making "improvements" but I have seen frankly an unnecessary amount of UI changes. I rarely see two videos with the same UI.
Please consider leaving the UI alone so people can learn to use it without changing it every 2 months. It looks fine how it is.
Harsh?
No changes for 6 months,
Simple view of the old vs new video, should show that the current UI works better than the old one. No functions changed, just their location.
I hve the same problem in the lastest version of Fusion 360. Is there a fix for this please?
Hi,
please show a screenshot or (better) a screencast of the behaviour.

I've just come across this problem. It seems like some kind of madness. There were additionally Constraints buttons and now they are gone! It was so convenient. How is this happening?
The sketch constraints were moved quite a few pass releases now.

Thank you for your reply! It's a shame there's no option to choose the display. I personally think the old option is quite handy, but that's my personal opinion
Hi,
For me constraints are tools and therefore belong in the toolbar.

@d.r.tukaev You can add them to the search menu so they popup at the cursor when you press S
