Can anyone tell me whats the difference between the yellow surfaces and the silver? When I apply decals to the yellow surfaces, they won't show up when I render. It's like they don't even exist. But when I render the model with decals on the silver surfaces, they show up.

Yellow is the inside surface
The other is the outside surface
This is important for solid modeling and such.
If the object is yellow then the geometry is inverted.
Patch>Reverse Normal flips the surface direction
NOTE: when selecting fitting faces and use stitch to make a solid model or such the surface direction will be auto corrected!
