What has replaced smooth in the current version?

I am trying to create a smooth arc between to circles before trimming a simple sketch and extruding it. From all the videos I have watched this one seems to have the easiest way with the smooth constraint: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J_2If5zVp84  (About 5.35mins in). However I'm pretty sure I have the current version of F360 installed but there is no smooth constraint as an option in my menu???

This model kinda shows what I want to do, rather than have a straight line between each circle I want it to look a bit nicer (o8.

Sorry about the confusion.  That constraint is now called the "Curvature" constraint.

I must be using that wrong as I couldn't get it to work, I have found another way with 2 lines to a guide point and a 90mm fillet though.

That's because  @jeff_strater  is the only person working at Autodesk. He is the owner, the president, the secretary, the accountant, the code writer, the janitor and the grounds keeper. It isn't his fault, but there is no way he can get every single thing done all by himself. You should probably pick software that's put out by some company that actually hires enough talent to work through their roadmap at something not resembling a snail's pace, and just leave poor Jeff alone. He's trying, man!
