What are you running Fusion 360 on?

I am looking to get a new computer and I would like to have one that can run Fusion 360 with few hiccups.

With my current (old) computer I find Fusion 360 stalls a bit and becomes unresponsive.

Current computer specs:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00 GB
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Edition

Windows 10 Home
Version 21H1
OS build 19043.1706
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0
AMD RADEON HD 7500 SERIES

I am not looking to break the bank but would like something that can handle Fusion 360 and run smoothly. I plan mostly to use the CAD side for sheet metal design (models and assemblies), drawing for documentation, and CAM side for posting to waterjet, laser, plasma. From time to time some rendering.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thank you in advance

.Have you checked the resource monitor in Windows for memory utilization during those times when Fusion 360 seems to stall ?

8GB is not a lot for a computer running Fusion 360.

Don't break the bank. Use a free aws instance and pay only if you need more. Use that to guide you if you must purchase.
