What are the tiny circles all over my model?

What are all the tiny circles covering my model?  I converted a map of Nevada from JPG to DXF for my Fusion 360 project and now have hundreds of tiny circles all over my model.  I've tried looking in the drop down menus but can't find any references.

I have a feeling you have "SHOW POINTS" turned on.

My drop down menus don't appear to be the same as yours.  My "Select" Menu doesn't have a "Sketch Palette" option nor does it have a "Show Point" option.  I do have a "Sketch Point" option under my "Select" menu.  And when I hit "Select" a "Finish Select" doesn't appear next to it as in your video. ??

You have to be editing the sketch to have that sketch pallet bar pulled up.
