What am I missing trying to emboss text?

Made a pretty Heart Fram for a Lithograph the kids can give to their Mom, but trying to add text to the bottom face give me a "Inconsistant Edge-Face Relationship"

Before trying anything else, I would clear up the yellow error on the fillet right before in the time line.  If that fillet is associated with the face your working on it could be mucking things up.

Saw that, fixed it. It was the outline of teh heart. It got chopped into 4 sections because I had my Stock Pattern still on the sketch. When I deleted it, the Heart went back to TWO halves. I am error free there 😄

OK, so I changed the FONT to Ariel, and it works. Changed it back to Bush Script MT, fails. Changed it to Ariel again, did teh -5 mm cut into the face, it works, then edits the sketch again and the text to change font, stopped the sketch, the new font embossed great! Touched the sketch again to add some new text, broke it all again. This time some characters of teh words "I Love You" are embossed in 5mm, and some are not.

Ugh...

Try Exploding then Extruding the text.
