Way to fill in a complex model?

Hi,

I have this model of a helmet and I want to basically fill up the inside of so that it is no longer hollow, but it is quite a complex shape with lots of different curves and angles going on inside.

I basically want to fill up the inside of it so that I can use it as a head piece for a 3d printed figure (not this specific model but a better one, just using a free one to learn first).

I also want to create a separate piece that can be used as a visor and fits flush with the inside of the model.

I'm wondering if there's a simple way or any way at all to do this.

Would really appreciate any information or assistance here.

Thanks

Fusion 360 is the wrong software to work with on such meshes. Autodesk Meshmixer is likely a better solution.
