View / Clear render queue

Hi Everyone

 

Is it possible to view and or clear the render queue?

 

I've started a set of renders about 10 hours ago and nothing is happening. I've cleared all the renders and restarted them but still no change. 

There may be something running that I don't know about.

This seems to be the file that's not working properly. I'm unable to delete the rendering in the queue, as well as the file itself. I figure this is preventing other renderings from loading. When I try to copy the file and delete the old one. It states 'this document is in use it cannot be deleted'. "In the details page, it states it is not used by any other files. 

 

Can someone remotely clear the queue???

You rendering seems to be stuck and does not even begin.

Hi @letterle

We found an internal issue with the Rendering service which was causing your file to remain stuck in the queue. We have released a fix. Please try rendering again. It should work. Let us know, if you see any further issues.
