Okay so my end point is two rings wrapped in a mesh fabric creating basically a cylinder and one side is capped off with fabric. I am struggling with the rings, i've tried the donut command>press pull> fillet, but what ends up happening is the entire circle is pulled instead of just the donut, leaving me with no inside hole. I cant seem to find/ work the concentric circle command either, i know the solution is very basic.
