Version Update Error

Ive tried deactivating antivirus, and still get the following error upon startup of fusion (error log attachd)

Thanks for sharing the log. From it, I see the following error:

_ctypes.COMError: (-2147024864, 'The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

If I had to guess, something must be open that is not allowing this update to complete. A good idea might be to try restarting your computer and then opening Fusion and see if the update gets pushed through. If not, let me know and we can try a few other things.
