I have modelled up the following tray that has compound angles at the corners, three of them forming a 90 degree corner and two forming 45 degree ones. I've created user parameters to specify the length , width and thickness of the side components with the aim to be able to vary these parameters to vary the size of the formed tray.
The issue I'm having is my model joints break if I change any of the user parameters.
Being going round in circles for ages trying to fix this. I suspect my problems relate to the order that I'm compound mitring the corners but can't fix it for the life of me.
If anyone is able to take a look at the model and suggest how better to recreate this such that I can vary parameter Long A and Short A to create a new size tray.
