Upload failure, possible lost data

Last night I created a number of toolpaths that I hoped to use Monday.  I closed the tab as usual but an hour later it still had not completed uploading to the cloud.  I shut down and expected uploads to resume when I reopened Fusion 360 this morning.

After restart, I got an "upload failed" message and told it to retry the upload.  The file still shows the spinning circle, but there is no "upload progress" button on the lower left, and furthermore, I cannot open an offline copy of the design.  Working offline causes the file to disappear from the data panel.

I have verified that the file did not make it into the cloud.

I could clear my cache to stop the upload, but that would seem to destroy all of my changes (a couple hours' work), since there is no local copy in offline mode.

Does anyone have suggestions to save the data?

What, if anything, can be done to save this file?

Hello,

It would be great if you can post log files in the thread or send them to me by email: marshal.tu@autodesk.com.

You could collect the log files by the command(right-top corner->Help->"Diagnostics Log Files").

Thanks,

Marshal

When I opened Fusion this morning the multi-day circle-spin had ended and I could access the file.  It appears to have uploaded correctly.  Not sure why it took so long but it works now.
