Upload failed

I keep getting an "upload failed" error message (every few minutes). I beleive it is for a drawing that has been corrupted during an A360 crash.  The trouble is, I don't know what it is trying to upload. Where can I see the queue of uploads and delete the item? I have restarted multiple times and even uninstalled fusion without success.

Hi nickfabb,

switch to offline and check whether there are some of your designes. If yes and all of them are also saved in the cloud you can use going back to online command Clear user cache data (Help -> Clear user cache data). It will restart your Fusion and it will also clear upload queue, but once again make sure you have all your design saved in the cloud before usage of the command clear cache!

Josef

Thanks. I actually just got it resolved before I read your reply.  I clicked help, viewed the log file to see where the files are actually being queued... (.../Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/...), deleted the /q/ files and renamed (essentially deleting) the UploadQueuedFileList.xml file. That did the trick.   I will try your technique in the event it happens again.

Yes, this is a work around but this is essentially what the command does as well + clear other caches if something goes wrong...

Hope it helps.

Josef
