Updating Fusion 360 Not showing up in App Store

Hello,

 

New to Fusion 360, coming over from SW. I have been working on Mac both from home and in my office at a University. I updated in September on my Laptop at home and have not been able to update my iMac at work. Its not showing up in the App Store as I'm told it is supposed to. I'm currently working on a project that will not open on a later version and thus have not been able to do any work on my iMac.

 

Is there any simple way to force and update? I'm thinking maybe this has something to due with computing here at the University, but there is little evidence either way. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for posting.  Unfortunately Fusion 360 does not have the most recent version in the Mac App Store.  We have submitted it for review, but are waiting for Apple to review it.  We are hoping it will be completed this week.

I'm assuming that your version of Fusion 360 was downloaded from the Mac App Store, correct? Mac App Store versions tend not to be the most up-to-date since each update we push has to go through the Apple App approval process, which may take 4-10 days. If you want to use the most up-to-date version of Fusion 360 and receive our incremental updates like the one we just pushed yesterday, download the version from our website at http://autodesk.com/fusion360. Click the "Download free trial" button to download the installer. Once you've finished installing, sign-in with existing your Autodesk ID and you should be all set.

it was working smooth on my iPad Pro when it was running on ios 10 however as I have updated to ios 11.3 whenever now I am opening the app it only loads a blank screen on the start up and crashes after a while automatically. How do I fix it? but i fonud lot of informaton here i hope is there anyone who can help me out too.
