You cannot manually update Fusion (Not yet).
The moment there is a new update, it's been pushed to all users at once. At the top left corner of the Fusion windows, there will be a downloading indication with a "%" and when it's done, it will ask you to restart Fusion.
The current version is 2.0.2271.
