Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?
Are you running on Windows or on a Mac OS?
What version of About>Fusion are you running?
But I doubt the issue has anything to do with whether you are running the latest Update or not.
In my experience, issues like this can almost always be traced to improving sketching techniques to get the most robust and predictable behavior.
