Update - fatal error

Hi

When AF360 start I get continuously message like shown on the screenshoot. Updating does not start.

Why and what is going on ?

Hi @Anonymous,

 

I am sorry to hear this! Personally, I have not seen this error message before, but I think it may be linked to the installation/update. Just to check - are all of your files stored on the cloud (as opposed to using the local cache). If so, I am going to have you try cleanly uninstalling Fusion 360 and then reinstalling it from scratch. To perform the clean uninstall, please follow the steps in this guide here. If you can't perform the normal Control Panel uninstall, that is fine, just move on to manually deleting the files afterwords. Also, you will need to enable hidden folders from Control Panel in order to perform all the necessary steps.

Hi James

Updating was passed correctly ,on the second machine, but it was made first time from June . I will make reinstallation soon , think in the end of week. So I will inform you .
