Hi @ryanlittleton6,
Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!
Do you mind sharing your installation log files with me? This should give me a better picture of what is happening with the update process? Also, have you ever had this happen before during an update or during the installation? Sometimes restrictive networks or permissions can cause this to happen. You can obtain the installation log file by following the steps in this guide here.
One quick thought however (assuming you have your data all saved in the cloud) is to wipe out a few folders and then reinstall Fusion. Please note these folder locations will be hidden and you will have to enable hidden folders/the library folder.
Windows:
- Navigate to: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Autodesk
- Delete Webdeploy and Web Services.
Mac:
- Using Finder navigate to /users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/.
- Delete Webdeploy and Web Services
Then, once deleted, please reinstall Fusion from this link here. Just download the trial installer - it will remember your entitlements when you sign into Fusion after it reinstalls.
If that doesn't work please attach your installation log files and this should give us a better idea.
Thanks,
James Youmatz
