Unreliable sketch geometry in offset command

I have this problem often: when I attempt to offset a closed perimeter it won't let me select all of the geometry.  This is extremely annoying.

If you have a particular Offset sketch issue, I would be glad to take a look if you want to attach it.  I know you do not want "workarounds" but sometimes that is what must be used until....

I would not make that assumption at all!

This bug is FUS-82623.  It was first reported here:  offsetting-projected-sketch-lines

So this has been known officially for over 9 months.

I've encountered this since about when I started using Fusion about 5 years ago.

Is anyone working to fix this?

this bug will be prioritized against other bugs and projects, depending on severity and number of people affected.  Unfortunately, I cannot comment on whether someone is actively working on this or not.

Hi Autodesk, any word on how this is going?? Related to this, is anything in the works for allowing the project/intersect feature to work off an actual sketch as a whole and not the specific lines that make it up? That way no matter how the sketch changes it still projects it and one doesn't need to redefine the projected geometries.
