Unfolding a Curve problem once again :(

Hi

Once again, I thought I had this problem solved but it crops up again. I need to unfold this curve part and usually I convert it to sheet metal and then I can create a flat pattern.

This one just wont work. It will not allow me to convert it to a sheet metal or a flat pattern.

There is bound to be something very simple I am missing again.

I have attached the file for you to look at.

Regards

Where is your Timeline?

Edges are not perpendicular to the flat.

No dummy planar face?

Hi

I exported the part out of another project to see if it was getting confused by a previous sheet metal measurement.

Thats why there is no time line at this point.

I just attached the untouched version of the file.

I will check out what you suggested.

Hi

I added the time line in but it still didn't help.

It would be great if you could direct me to solve this problem.

I have added the actual project it is a part of so that you can work back in the timeline if that helps.

Kind Regards

Had to resort to "before Computers",

Sheet metal didn't work, and

neither did the Stl through Mesh Mixer,

File returned, fairly simple school geometry really.
