Unexpected Outage Alert

Hey all,

 

I just want to give everyone a heads up that we just experience an unexpected service outage that affected the forum, A360, as well as Fusion 360 accounts. Good news is, we've recovered and are now up and running again. We are actively monitoring the situation and will be online to help any of you experiencing weird log-in or service issues throughout the day. Feel free to let us know in this thread. 

 

EDIT at 7:09am PT - The issue may still be lingering and causing intermittent login/authentication issues.  We'll keep this thread updated, and thanks again for your patience.

All - it's appearing that the issue is not fully resolved, and we're still experiencing lingering login/authentication service issues.  My sincere apologies for the disruption.

Can confirm. I managed to get on server/ into model but all commands are timing out.

The issue has been fully repaired and we haven't seen any reports since.  Please let us know if you're still experiencing any issues related to login.
