Use patch to fill the hole. Set the boundary condition to tangent or better.

Then stitch the patch to the surface with the hole.

Sounds reasonable but where is "patch" I can't find anything in Fushion 360 and help is essentially worthless.

Thanks

Hi Paul - It is one of the workspaces. In Fusion 360 look at the top ribbon bar. Select Model and choose the PATCH workspace to swap out. You can then look for the orange CREATE icon in the ribbon bar and choose "patch" and then you'll get a tabbed pallete that will let you select the hole and patch it. Kind of wish Fusion had some smarts about letting you just right click a hole and choose fill!

Thanks! Found it now.
A lot to figure out with how to do basics. Wondering why this is not just part of the modeling workspace as that seems like when you would use it.
Regardless, found it now. Thanks

You may want to watch the tutorial videos in the Learn section. Based on your other posts you are missing some essentials and these videos cover those. There is also written documentation in the Learn setion.
