Iphone A360 will not render models I create in Fusion.

I recently downloaded the Iphone version on A360 but it will not render models that I create in Fusion.

I see the sample projects and even solidworks files that I uploaded just fine.  When I attempt to view anything I create myself, the Iphone displays the loading graphics and the changes to a prompt.  The test says "Sorry. File isn't available."  

Drawings are not rendered on the phone as well.  I get the same behavior but the message changes to "Oops.. it seems we've encountered an issue while trying to load this file. Please try again."    It never works.

Is this with just one specific design? Can you test this with a simplified model for verification (e.g. a part with just a cube or something similar)?

Perhaps it's something wrong with the specifc design because I created a new project with a simple box and it renders on the phone with no problems.

I shared the problematic project thats is having this issue for me. Frankly I dont know what it could be.

I was getting the same error "Sorry File isn't avialable" in the A360 app. I think it may be b/c the file is a CAM file. Try right clicking on TramAid in the browser and performing a Save Copy As. After you do this, I think the file will show up in A360.

Hi Jlcarden - thanks for sharing the model. I was able to reproduce what you are seeing. I downloaded it and re-uploaded it into Fusion. I can view it just fine via A360 on the web but A360 on mobile gives me the message of "Sorry, File isn't available". I've shared your case and model with the A360 Mobile team and they will be in touch shortly to get it sorted out.

We have identified the issue that is preventing the CAM files from opening on A360 mobile, we are working on fixing it and will deploy the fix in a few days. I'll update as soon as the fix is available.
