Unable to Zoom after Pan - serious issue for me

I am unable to Zoom after Pan unless I do  alt+tab

Not sure what this is related to but Zoom works on other apps.

After some investigataion, I can confirm that this is NOT a Fusion 360 issue.

Solution: Don't use Logitech mouse 😉 - the driver is full of bugs.
