Unable to save

The save screen isnt allowing tme to select a folder/ project thus it wont let me save. any suggestions?

Hello,

 

it looks like that your list of project is not updated after Fuison 360 start. Could you try to click on 'Refresh' button in 'Data Panel'. It should help to reload content in 'Save' dialog.

I have the same issue as natalie and the solution does not work as well as the Data Panel is completely empty as if it does not load from the cloud at all.

Hello,

 

Thank you for additional information.

In case that  your Data Panel is also empty we should check network connection (proxy). Could you send us your log file to check that?

I have checked the Network settings and for some strange reason (I guess due to a bug in the patch process) the "Windows Network Proxy Setting" was set to "override" and pointed to some strange local address (128.9.9.1).

 

I have set it back to "No proxy" and it works again.
