Hi @nikhilr117,

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

I am sorry to hear this is happening to you! Just to check - have you had Fusion 360 working correctly in the past and it just stopped working, or has it never worked before? To troubleshoot this further I will need your installation log files as well as your application log files. For the application log files, try to sort them by date and grab the most latest one. Can you please post both of those here or email them to me at james.youmatz@autodesk.com. You can find those files by following the steps in this guide here

Thanks,

Hi,

Can you try deleting the Web Services folder then launch Fusion? This should take you to the login screen.

You can use Explorer/Finder to navigate to the Autodesk folder on your system. Then Web Services folder can be found here:

   Windows - c:\users\<username>\appdata\local\autodesk

   OSX - /users/<username>/library/application support/autodesk

If it has been a while since you last logged in you may also see an update being downloaded.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

>> Is there a problem if i uninstall and reinstall again?? will i lose my data(projects)??

No you will not. The projects/folders/files are stored in the cloud.

You can access them not only in Fusion but also via a web browser (e.g. Chrome) by signing into myhub.autodesk360.com.

To uninstall follow these instructions:

1. Go to the Start Menu > Control Panel > Uninstall Programs.

2. Select the existing Autodesk Fusion 360  entry from the list and click Uninstall.
3. Upon completion of the uninstall program exit Control Panel.

     Clearing remaining program files:
1. Launch Windows Explorer.
2. Navigate to: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Autodesk
3. Delete the following folders (if present):

              - Autodesk Fusion 360

              - Web Services

              - Webdeploy

              - production

              - Neutron Platform

              - Neutron

4. Next, navigate to: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Common

5. Delete the following folders:

              - Material Library

              - DB Manager

              - Exchange Archives

6. Next, navigate to: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp

7. Delete the following folders:

              - 7Z*.*

              - Autodesk
              - ProtoLabs

              - Neutron

8. Now navigate to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk

9. Ensure the following folders have been deleted. If they haven’t, manually delete them.
              - Autodesk Fusion 360
              - MC3
              - Neutron Platform
              - NINVFUS
              - Synergy

10. Next navigate to C:\Program Data\Autodesk

11. Ensure the following folders have been deleted. If they haven’t, manually delete them.
             - Autodesk Fusion 360
             - MC3
             - Neutron

             - NINVFUS

Hi,

To quickly perform the uninstall use Control Panel. Once that process completes restart the system and you should be able to reinstall.
