Unable to Open Entire Library

Hello,

I'm getting error anytime I try to open any file in my library. My laptop recently stopped working and I just did a fresh install on an older Imac (2007) so I can continue to work. I am unable to open any of the files in my library. I also tried downloading files from my library and uploading them back into fusion. I tried updating the models as well with files I downloaded from the cloud. 

I receive this error "Could not open file: file name here, Version Number: 12, Error message: Ok"

Hi Welcome to the Fusion community! Can you share a copy of the diagnostic log files?

Can you open a previous version of the design? See the below learning link for working with previous versions.

Do you have the same issue if you try to open the design while in offline mode? It might be helpful to clear out the locally cached version of the design and try to re-open from the cloud. The log files will help me create instructions for how to try this. Please let me know if you have any questions.
