Unable to make a fillet by selecting the junction

I am just following this,

and at 3:34 I should be able to select a line and make a fillet, I have done so before before the fusion 360 upgrade but now I seem unable to.  Am I in some sort of wrong mode? or bug?  or?

I select fillet but a sketch palett menu appears and not a fillet menu?  Am i in a wrong mode or something?

Just made a second model, seems I have the same in-ability to make a fillet as I cannot select the line between the two sides.  As far as I can tell I am following the tutorial exactly....and Ive done this tutorial a few time sperviously but now I cannot......confused....

First, you need to be in MODEL environment, second check SELECT tab, you need to have checked Body Edges option.

it sounds like you are using the Sketch Fillet command, not the Model Fillet command.  You wan this command:

Thanks, great application and the change since Autocad14 / LT97 (last time I used a CAD program) is immense but so many options means its so easy to get lost in even simple things.  😞

My son is also doing the tutorials and had the same issue, maybe the interface needs tweaking to reduce confusion.
