Hi, I applied a fillet to an edge, then tried to mirror and join the two parts. I get this error:
No warnings or errors in the timeline, and adjusting fillet radius doesn't help. What am I doing wrong?

How will this part be manufactured in the real world?
Sorry where in the menus are these operations? I can see them in older tutorial videos under modify>simplify, but they are no longer there in the current version
I saw one person going into simulation and selecting simplify there, but when I try it it selects all the faces, not just the one I want.
