Hello Prashant,

To resolve the issue, please try to completely delete a folder referenced in the message: (C:\Users\Projectore\AppData\Local\Webdeploy), and then retry the install.  This should get you installed.

However, this is an issue we have been seeing more of, but we are unaware of the root cause.  If you do not mind, being able to investigate the current state of your install may help us solve the problem more comprehsively.  Before deleting that folderm, can you compress it in to a .zip file and post it somewhere we could download it?

If you don't have any cloud storage available, please contact me via PM with your e-mail address so that I can give you access to a location.
