Unable to Generate Mesh

Hi everybody,

I am trying to run a few studies on this part created using generative design, however I am encountering a few mesh problems. To solve these problems, I am trying to edit the mesh settings for the part, then generate a new mesh.

Every time I try to generate a mesh, the progress freezes at the Meshing step. The Meshing step never completes, so I end up having to cancel the mesh generation. I have tried this on multiple computers, but encounter the same issue. The meshing errors that I am looking to resolve are "Face interior" and "Self intersection".

Does anybody know why the progress is freezing? And does anyone know of another way to solve these meshing errors? Thanks!

Hi @sarbarPPEDD
Could you please refer to the following article "Meshing error! Phase: Solid meshing" displayed when Meshing in Fusion 360 simulation.

Thanks &Regards

@praise.tomWX9P2 I have viewed the article and tried a few things. I have checked for interferences but found none. I used the Simplify workspace to remove faces and features of the model, and I have played around with Local Mesh Controls in the problem areas. However, none of this has been able to resolve the meshing issues. Playing around with these settings solves problems but then also creates other ones. Is there something else I can try?
