ok I am not really sure why this is happening now. but suddenly nothing seems to flat pattern correctly. I even created a simple 24x24 sheet and gave it 12" flanges and....nope...just nope...if I put a miter on the flange then it works. but if there is no miter (like i need) then it just freaks out and cant do it.
