I get to this screen and no matter what I do nothing happens and the timer in the top right is still on. Before the update of 7/26/15 you were able to click submit and it just closed the window without any notifications ( tried it 10 times and nothing happened). After the update the sumbit doesnt work at all. Pressing the button doesnt do anything.

Hi,

I would like to understand what you are seeing a little better.

1. When Fusion 360 launches, does this dialog pop up automatically (that is, if your Term has Expired) or do you invoke this dialog (by clicking on the button that shows how much time you have left - in your trial I assume)?

2. When you say before the update you were able to submit I assume that was for a different account!?

best regards,

Sanjay Jayabal.

Hello
I have exactly the same problem as "KirillChepizhko". Before the update the window disappeared then I pressed Submit, but after the update so nothing happens after I hit "Submit".
This is after I have opened up the window by pressing the "Term ends in 11 days"
Sincerely
Tommy

Hi Kirill,

Thank you for your time today to let me take a look at your computer.  I am just adding some brief notes here in case it is helpful for someone else.

As you noted that after about 1 year of having been on a Student Entitlement, you recently saw the "Term" button show up.  This should not have happened, so if it does pop up again please let us know.  Secondly, I know you were just trying to get the time counter to go away and tried selecting the Startup option.  It probably didn't work because you already had a Student entitlement.  Once you selected Student again it looks like you are ok now and we did see that the "About" dialog showed the correct entitlement.

Please do post back if you see glitches again.

best regards,

Sanjay Jayabal.

Hi,

We're sorry that let have you such thing. Firstly, make sure I have wholly understanded what you're talking about: do you mean you canNOT enter to Fusion workspace and hang at that page, and you have to force quit the software? Sometimes this is related to network. Could you pls have a try later?

Let me know if you have any further questions.
