Unable to export as file explorer does not open

Hello!

Since a few days ago that I cannot export any files except when I am viewing the project online and I download from there, but it takes too long for a good workflow...

What happens is that I go for the options below the "File" tab on top left corner, select "Export" and then nothing happens, no file explorer, no Fusion window, nothing.

This is my PC and Software info:

     2.0.8816
     Active Plan: Fusion 360, Personal
     Windows 10 (19041) (Pro)

Thank you for your help!

If the problem is the windows Save As dialog is not showing up it might be the problem in this thread. Sometime there's a problem if the folder\drive you last saved to is no longer available.

Thank you for your answer.

It is not. It is indeed the Export function.

Hello!

Yes they are. However, when I open the Upload window, I cannot use the option "Select files" in which it used to open a windows explorer window so as to select the file I wanted to upload. Therefore, I now have to "drag and drop" when I want to import.

Moreover, before this issure arises, Fusion 360 is the only app in my laptop that has this problem with file explorer, in other apps I can import/export as expected.

When you try upload\open are you getting this dialog but Select File does nothing or are you not even getting this far?

Exactly, I get that message and then I can't go further when using upload/open. With export I get nothing.

By the way, thank you everyone for all the engagement so far!

Well then it sounds like you have the problem I suggested in post#3. Did you try the fix I linked to? If you don't want to try that the only other way to fix the problem will be to do a clean uninstall using the tool here.

Thank you! I performed the complete unistall which thus enabled a clean install afterwards and now everything is working! I did not use the provided tool, though. Did it manually while following the guide provided by autodesk.

Thank you everyone who helped and I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
