Unable to change Save As Mesh format

I just exported a component as an STL using the Save As Mesh option.  I'd like to explore some of the other formats I saw on the dropdown, but when I try to export again, the Format option in the Save As Mesh dialog is grayed out and stuck on STL.  How can I bring back the dropdown?

Can you post screen shot of what you do see..

and..

perhaps the *.f3 file in question?

As requested.  The component being exported is Box (1):1.  Thanks for any tips.

Thanks, gunther.  That solves part of the problem, letting me select, say, .3mf, but it also prevents me from exporting directly to my slicer.  If I select .3mf, then reselect Send to 3D Print Utility, the Format goes back to STL and is unchangeable.  I can live with this, but it would be preferable to be able to select both .3mf and Send to 3D Print Utility.
